Majied serves on the investment committees of Oasis Venture Fund I and Al-Faris Investment. Majied is a founder member and a board of director in the Jordan Institute of Directors. Majied served as the Managing Director for the Jordan Education Initiative; and co-founded Injaz, the leading youth development organization in Jordan.

Amin founded CADER in 2004, a leading in-service teacher training company. By 2010, CADER has trained more than 30,000 teachers. In 2012, CADER was acquired by Al-Fal Group in Saudi Arabia. In 2013, Dr. Amin was recognized as the 2013 Global Endeavor Advocate and as the Mentor of the Year 2013 by the award-winning Mowgli Foundation. In 2012, he was ranked the 119th Most Influential Arab in the World in the coveted Arabian Business Power List: Power 500. And in 2009, he was selected as a High Impact Social Entrepreneur by the global network “Endeavor”.
